We stand behind all of our Professional Styling tools by offering a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. To activate yours make sure to register your tool within 15 days of purchase. Be sure to hold onto your original receipt and save your confirmation email in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your tool, you will need them to file your claim.
To Get A Replacement Tool:
If the issue arises after the first 30 days of purchase then exchanges are subject to a minor shipping & handling fee.
Please complete the warranty claim form and payment for the shipping & handling. Then, send a picture of your receipt and the defective tool with the cable cut to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received your claim form, shipping & handling fee (if applicable) and pictures, the claim will be processed by our Customer Service Department. A new tool will be sent out to you within a week with the color or pattern that is available in stock.
Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that your warranty claim will not be processed until the pictures of the receipt and of the defective item with the cable cut have been received along with the shipping and handling fee.
