Q: HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT / ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
In the top right corner click on the person icon to create or login to your account. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
By creating an account, you are able to see the latest information on your orders, build up reward points (coming soon) and build your own personal wish list.

Q: WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM LECHIC?
You may not be receiving our e-mails for a couple of reasons. Please:
(1) Make sure the email address provided is correct and up-to-date. It could be that the emails are being sent to the wrong address.
(2) Check your junk/spam folder for emails from us. Make sure to add us to your contacts to ensure that the emails come directly to your inbox.
If you have done the two steps above and you still are not receiving information from us, please contact our Customer Service Department at hello@lechichar.com to assist you with this issue.

Q: I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RETIEVE IT?
To retrieve your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.


ORDERING

Q: CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Yes. You can cancel or change your order within 72 hours by sending us an email at hello@lechichair.com.

Q: I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize for the mishap. If you are missing an item from your order, please email us at hello@lechichair.com as soon as possible and a Customer Care Specialist will help resolve this issue.

Q: CAN I RETURN AN ITEM? IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?

Yes. If your order was placed directly from us (via the www.LeChicHair.com website), will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or exchange. Shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to items that are unused and unopened. There is a 30% restocking fee that will be applied to used or opened items.

DISCLAIMER: If your purchase was made anywhere other than www.LeChicHair.com you can not get a refund or an exchange. Independent Retailers have their own Return and Exchange Policies. 

SHIPPING

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship within two business days of being placed. 

Q: CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
Yes. All orders can be tracked. Once an order has been processed and has shipped, there will be an email confirmation sent with your tracking number to stay up to date with your package.

WARRANTY

Q: DOES MY PRODUCT HAVE A WARRANTY?
Hair tools purchased through LeChic & it’s authorized independent retailers are eligible for a lifetime warranty once your product has been registered.

Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY TOOL?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to register your product. Warranty does not apply to any items purchased at an unauthorized retailers.

Q: HOW DO I DO A WARRANTY EXCHANGE?

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulties with one of our products. Our lifetime warranty will cover any item that is defective, broken or which has stopped working properly. Please fill out the Warranty Exchange Form and submit payment to cover the shipping and handling1 fee for the exchange. Be sure to email a picture of your receipt along with a picture of the tool with the power cord cut to Customer Service at hello@lechichair.com as soon as you pay the return shipping & handling fee to have your claim processed.

Once we have received your pictures and shipping & handling fee we will replace your tool2 and ship a new one back to you. Please note that your warranty claim will not be processed until the pictures of the receipt and the defective item with the power cord cut have been received by our Customer Service Team.

1LeChic is not liable for items lost in transit once goods have shipped. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time period, we will help you track your package to the best of our ability. Delivery can only be guaranteed with a signature confirmation.

2If your product qualifies under warranty, it will be replaced with the same size and color. If the same color and size are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of a lesser MSRP value. Requested substitutions will not be honored.

EXTENSIONS

Q: WHAT IS REMY HAIR?
Remy hair is 100% never-processed, "virgin" hair. It also retains the cuticle layer, the outer most part of the hair strand, flowing in the same direction that the hair does naturally. This means that there’s no risk of tangling or breakage when caring for the hair. 

Q: WILL WEARING LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY HAIR?
We can say with full confidence that wearing your Le Chic Halo Extensions will not damage your hair. They have been designed to fit comfortably without the need of weaving, clips or glue. They come with an easily fitted wire that sits comfortably beneath your own hair. The best part is you can enjoy a full head of voluminous hair with just one Halo Extensions in minutes, versus sacrificing hours in the salon chair. 

Q: HOW WILL MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS STAY IN PLACE?
Your Le Chic Perfect Fit Halo Extensions are designed to be custom fitted. They sit on top of your head like a Halo. The wire sits about an inch to three inches behind your hairline. After you pull your hair out and over the wire, the weight of your natural hair lying on the halo extension will keep it secure and in place. There are also optional clips included that you can attach to your halo extensions and use if you want to. 

Q: CAN I WEAR THE LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS WITH MY CURRENT EXTENSIONS?
Absolutely! You can wear multiple extensions at one time for a fuller, more voluminous look. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS LAST?
Depending on how often the Halo Extension is being worn and how well it is being maintained, they should last nine months or longer. Please note this is just an estimated time based on the quality of care, as it is human hair there is not a guaranteed time frame. 

Q: CAN I PERM MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS?
Perming can dry out and damage hair, so we don't recommend perming them. Although they are human hair, they do not receive the same nutrients as your natural hair. 

Q: CAN I COLOR MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS? 
Definitely. We do however recommend having your stylist do the coloring so they can blend them in to a perfect match with your current color. If you are going to dye at home, we recommend doing a strand test in a discreet part of the halo extension first as all dyes work differently. 

Q: CAN I SLEEP IN MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS?
We don't recommend sleeping in your halo extensions. Since they are so easy to remove and put back on, we recommend hanging them while to sleep to preserve their style. 

Q: CAN I SWIM IN MY LE CHIC HALO EXTENSIONS?
We do not recommend swimming in your Le Chic halo extensions unless you are using the included optional clips. If you go underwater the extensions will float up to the top.
