Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Le Chic Hair. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.
SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During promotional events, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Le Chic Hair ships via FedEx and USPS.
Standard Shipping
Estimated Transit Time: 3ā7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping
Estimated Transit Time: 2ā3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping
Estimated Transit Time: 1 Business Day
Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, operational issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are applied as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Expedited Shipping: $20
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories: $40
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
SECTION 4 - TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been processed and accepted by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if signature confirmation is selected.
For apartment complexes, multi-unit residences, office buildings, or high-theft areas, we strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout. Additional fees may apply.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping is available throughout the Continental United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories are subject to a flat shipping charge of $40 per order.
P.O. Boxes
P.O. Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
APO/FPO Addresses
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
SECTION 6 - LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.
If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or mailrooms.
- Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to complete delivery updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a package trace.
Claims for missing packages must be reported to Le Chic Hair within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Le Chic Hair is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible.
SECTION 7 - DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a damage claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the exterior packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of all internal packaging materials
Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
SECTION 8 - REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages refused by the recipient or returned as unclaimed may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Customers requesting reshipment of a returned package must pay all applicable reshipping fees before the order can be sent again.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 9 - INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Le Chic Hair is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
