SECTION 1 – DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

Le Chic may share certain categories of personal information with advertising, analytics, and marketing partners for targeted advertising and marketing purposes. This may include identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address, commercial information relating to products viewed or purchased, internet activity information such as browsing behavior and website interactions, and general geolocation data derived from your IP address.

This sharing may occur through technologies and services such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), Klaviyo, and other advertising and analytics providers.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO SUBMIT AN OPT-OUT REQUEST

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may submit a Consumer Privacy Rights Request through our website, email us directly, or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal within your browser.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will process it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

SECTION 4 – GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC)

Le Chic recognizes and honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law. If you have enabled GPC in your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

SECTION 5 – NON-DISCRIMINATION

Le Chic will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Exercising your right to opt out will not result in the denial of goods or services, different pricing, reduced service quality, or any other form of discriminatory treatment, except as permitted by law.

SECTION 6 – AUTHORIZED AGENTS

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require identity verification before processing the request.
